Kaleo means “to call, to invite.”

From the Greek kaleō — to call, to summon, to welcome in. It is the oldest idea in hospitality: someone sets a table, and calls you to it. We believe food brings people together, and we build the rooms where that happens.

Kaleo Hospitality is a family-owned, multi-brand restaurant operator founded by Chad & Amanda Ducote, bringing Chicken Salad Chick and Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers to the communities we call home. We grow with intention: developing strong operators, investing in our teams, and raising the standard of everyday hospitality in every house we run.
